Guidelines for Sellers
If you plan to bring along uniform garments to sell at the WPSA second hand uniform shop, please note the following important points:
- A label should be secured to each garment using a safety pin (no dressmakers’ pins please). Please put each item on a hanger, if possible.
- Please clearly state a contact name, address and telephone number, plus child’s name and class.
- Include a brief description of the item, including size and colour.
- Indicate the price for the item (of which, 30% will be taken by WPSA).
- Mark if you would like the item to be returned to yourself, or donated to charity, should it not sell. (This is very important information, if it is not labeled as such, the item will go straight to charity if it does not sell, or is regarded as unsuitable for sale).
Please ensure that all uniform has been cleaned and that all sweet papers and gloves have been removed from pockets. We are unable to accept items that are soiled, torn or damaged, non-regulation uniform or skirts that have had straps removed. Items deemed unsuitable for sale will be returned, or donated to charity. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds on items bought from the WPSA Uniform Shop.
