Music is a significant and enjoyable part of life at the school. All children from kindergarten upwards are taught by specialist staff. The department benefits from three classrooms, including a keyboard studio, and instrumental teaching roo
ms. The children enjoy a rich and varied programme ensuring a variety of musical experiences. In the Middle and Upper School the girls study and develop skills in recorder, keyboard and tuned percussion playing, and are given the opportunity to explore and experiment with different aspects of music. Instrumental work is well developed within the school.
