The Nursery children collected sticks and turned them into ‘fireworks’ by wrapping bright, sparkly pipe cleaners around them and adding colourful ribbons. They had lots of fun waving, twirling and whooshing their creations in the air like real fireworks.

Reception learnt about fire safety, including the importance of not stepping inside the fire circle and never playing with matches. Their session finished with a cosy treat - hot chocolate made on the fire using the Kelly kettle, enjoyed with delicious biscuits!
