Little Acts of Kindness Week

The Wellbeing and Charity Teams worked together to make our Little Acts of Kindness Week a huge success!

This year, we supported Myton Hospice, collecting trolley-loads of much needed items for the families, staff and patients supported by the charity. A huge thank you to everyone for your generous donations.

We were delighted to welcome Louise Careless from Myton Hospice, who joined our Wellbeing Team for the launch assembly. Throughout the week, the Wellbeing Team led a wonderful range of activities to encourage acts of kindness during playtime. The playground was filled with colourful chalk messages, beach balls proved a huge hit, kindness hands soon covered an entire roll of paper, kindness bingo challenged children to spread kindness in lots of different ways and everyone enjoyed dancing and a host of other fun activities.

Thank you to our Wellbeing Team, Charity Team and the whole school community for showing that kindness really does matter and that even the smallest acts can make the biggest difference.
