Toad-ally Terrific!
To celebrate the end of their time in Pre-Prep, the Year 2 children put on a spectacular performance of The Wind in
the Willows.
The play followed the adventures of Mole, Ratty, Badger and Mr Toad. When Mr Toad is arrested for dangerous driving and Toad Hall is left unattended, a gang of stoats and weasels seize the opportunity to take over. With their friend’s home under threat, the woodland animals must work together to reclaim Toad Hall.
The children were amazing! We loved watching them act, sing and perform on stage. Everyone remembered their lines and spoke so clearly. The costumes, props and scenery looked fantastic and really brought the story to life.
It was a wonderful way for Year 2 to celebrate the end of their time in the Pre-Prep department. Congratulations to all the performers on a fantastic show!
