Year 3 Christingle Assembly

The Year 3 girls led a beautiful Christingle assembly for parents and families.
They shared the origins of the tradition and explained how each element of the Christingle represents Jesus’ light in the world. The girls also explored how light holds meaning across different faiths, from Diwali lamps to menorahs, lanterns, candles and acts of kindness, showing how together, these remind us that hope, love, and goodness are shared across all people and all cultures.
The hall was filled with the most beautiful, moving singing about waking in light and the hope of heaven. It was a truly wonderful way to begin Advent.
