If you decide you would like your child to apply to Warwick Preparatory School please complete the application form below. At the same time the non-refundable registration fee of £120 (£100 plus 20% VAT) is required - you should pay this on the final screen after completing the form.

A copy of your child’s birth certificate should be uploaded within the application (mandatory - please upload a copy of the full birth certificate which lists both parents) and the most recent school report (mandatory).
